At Tortas we strive to ensure that each hand-packed order is delivered in optimal conditions for your enjoyment!

Delivery

We offer 24 hour delivery – in advance before 1 PM local time. Select your delivery date. Our delivery hours are from 9am to 3pm. If you need a special time for delivery please let us know to coordinate in advance. Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase. Deliveries are available daily Monday through Saturday.

We recommend refrigerating after delivery and removing from the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. You will receive a text message as soon as your order is ready for delivery.

Returns

It is imperative that you inspect your package upon receipt. In case you have received the product with any damage or receive the wrong product, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours after the delivery time in order to solve the problem.

Change of order or cancellation

If within 3 working days prior to your order, you decide to modify it, either in the type, quantity or delivery date, just let us know so we can make it possible!

We do not offer refunds or changes once the order has been placed.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses received by us. Likewise we will not assume any loss or theft of the shipment once the cake has been delivered. The cakes that cannot be consumed because you have not followed the delivery instructions.

Peak Season

The dates considered high season or vacations (Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year) by their nature of high order volumes, we limit the number of deliveries in order to continue offering the quality that characterizes us. It is important to place your orders in advance.

Since the cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days without losing their quality, during these dates you can order your cake in advance so you don’t miss the chance to have it on your table!
